Submission Guidlines
After you read the guidelines below you can visit
our philosophy page.
Keep your story between 200 to 2000 words long. This
will help your story load quickly for those people
that want to get to reading it really fast. Try to
keep your story above 200 to make sure there is plenty
there for your readers.
If your story is a great deal longer than 2000 words
long you may submit you story in parts with 2000 words
or less per part. When submitting parts like this only
submit up to 5 parts at a time.
When you submit a story please tell us what category
you think your story belongs in. If you don't see the
category you want tell us about your category and we
will consider adding it to the category listings.
When submitting consider the unusual context of your story.
We hope you have the desire to break the rules and send us
some out of the ordinary stories. Think strange fiction, and satire.
Narratives are prefered but we will accept poems and pretend letters.
Make sure your narrative has a plot.
We have a story ranking system ranked by authors themselves.
The ranking is listed with your submitted story at the bottom
of the page. The ranks
are like this - [Down to Earth - Daydreamy - Levitating -
Where did I go - What were you thinking] Please provide
your personal ranking for your story or we will do it for you.
Send your name with your story. If you have a webpage
link you can send that with your story too. If you don't
have a website that's fine, leave that blank.
Make sure all the grammar, syntax, and spelling are
correct in your story.
Please don't use the names of real people or companies in your
story submission. We don't want to get in trouble and we don't want
you to get in trouble. We want a good balance between; others having freedom
of living with out unwanted representation, and free speech.
(We will consider all submissions. If your story has the names of real
companies or people we might still accept it. The context of the names are important in this decision.)
If you want you can remain anonymous. If so, leave
the author name and Website link blank.
We don't send stories back so make sure you have a
copy of your story for yourself.
Please make sure your story is original or if the story
you submit is someone else's, you must have permission from the
author. If you get permission to send us someone else's
story, please provide contact information for us to verify
the author's permission. We don't want you to get in trouble
with copyright law, so please attempt to send in your own material.
Please use discretion with your language. We want to make sure
that your story is available to as wide an audience as possible.
Try to keep it in the G rating to PG-13 rating. Otherwise
you may submit stories with adult themes. If enough stories with adult themes
are submitted we will consider developing an adult readings
section. We do desire to uphold the rights of free speech.
In time we hope to expand while providing a wider selection
of material for mature audiences as well. We have open minds
and are willing to consider all submissions. So please send us
anything you like.
Send your contact information with your story. This would be:
Your name
Phone#
Email that you would like us to reach you at.
We won't publish your phone# or email. Only the author name and
website address you provide to go with your story on the
webpage will be posted with the story you submit. The contact info
is for our purposes only. We won't share your contact information
with anyone. This is just good business practice.
Send one word that you think describes what your story
is about. We put stories in alphabetical order in our listings
page by this keyword you choose. Tell us which category you
think your story belongs in. If your story ends up in a
different category than what you wanted then email us through
the feedback link to ask us to change it.
