Part 1

For the purposes of these terms of use the word MATERIAL refers to any creative work that an author sends to this publisher. Also, for the purposes of these terms of use, the word AUTHOR refers to anyone who sends in any creative work in any form to the publisher. AUTHOR also refers to you who are reading this if you are to send in a creative work to this publisher. AUTHOR refers to anyone that owns any material that is submitted to this publisher. The words CREATIVE WORKS are original, artistic, literary, or anything else that would be deemed a creative work by the conventions and laws of society, not excluding written or literary works of any kind. The word PUBLISHER refers to Wyndz.com and the owners of Wyndz.com. AND/OR applies to the use of and in conjunction with or. PUBLIC DISPLAY refers to any sort of publishing in digital, paper, printed media of any kind or any other methods of displaying a creative work or other material that the publisher can implement. TERMS OF USE are the whole of this document in its entire form with all the information in text and terms under the listed parts which are Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4, Part 5, Part 6, Part 7, Part 8, Part 9, Part 10, Part 11, Part 12, Part 13, and any other reasonable provisions.

Part 2

Any words with letters all capitalized are defined by the context of the sentence they are placed in these terms of use. Wherever words that are capitalized for definition are repeated in the context of these terms of use, the definition of that word in these terms of use applies. DEFINED or DEFINITION can or does apply to the meaning of a word in the context of these terms of use.

Part 3

Any material submitted remains the property of the author. By submitting material the author gives the right to the publisher to print, publish, or use any material submitted by the author for any purposes that the publisher defines and/or lists in these terms of use. By submitting material, you, the author, give this publisher the right to print, publish, distribute in digital or hard copy creative works for the purpose of promoting or promotion of the publisher with public display of creative works or materials. PROMOTION is advertising, literary or book publishing, periodicals of any kind, any digital publishing through the internet, and/or any hard copy in paper or other printed form for public display. You, the author, provide this publisher the right to use any creative work submitted by you the author for any purpose. Any material submitted anonymously by an author becomes the property of this publisher and all rights go to the publisher.

Part 4

If the author wishes to have any of the author's material that have been submitted to the publisher, and published by the publisher, removed from any digital media owned by the publisher not excluding any means of publishing over the internet digitally, then the author may have any creative work removed from any digital media for public display that is owned and operated by the publisher. If the author wants a creative work removed from digital media that is on public display then the author can submit in writing, through whatever means acceptable, whether email or letter, the desire to have a creative work removed from digital media. Any printed forms of nondigital kind of the material shall remain in circulation in any situation.

Part 5

You, the author, agree to only send material of your own and not copyrighted under someone else's name. If the material submitted is copyrighted, this material must be under your name, and you, the author, must provide certifiable ownership of that copyright.

Part 6

If the publisher uses any material submitted by the author to the publisher for anything then the publisher does not have to inform the author that submitted any material.

Part 7

By submitting material, you, the author, agree not to hold this publisher or any of its partners and/or associates responsible for any losses you may incur while you are using any of this publisher's services. Services included under the provisions of part 7 of these terms of use do not exclude: use of Wyndz.com, any services Wyndz.com provides, services the owners of Wyndz.com provide and/or employees and/or associates of this publisher also known as Wyndz.com

Part 8

By submitting material you the author agree to all these terms of use.

Part 9

If anything in these terms of use is deemed unenforceable by the current law then the rest of these terms of use still apply. When any part of these terms of use become unenforceable by law then provisions shall be made when applicable for both parties of author and publisher.

Part 10

The whole of these terms of use will be enforced when possible by the publisher, national law, or international law. When the publisher does not enforce these terms of use this does not mean that the terms of use do not apply. In any circumstance the whole of these terms of use still apply without or with enforcement of the terms of use.

Part 11

National law and/or international law in certain situations supercede any of this agreement when applicable. This agreement is subject to the laws of the United States of America and other United States Territories. This agreement is also subject to international laws where they apply.

Part 12

If the publisher deems it necessary to change, add to, or revise any of these terms of use then the publisher can do so with or without providing notice to the author of creative works.

Part 13

Usual copyright laws apply for creative works or material submitted to this publisher.
